SRK (UK) is pleased to announce a new scholarship programme, to assist students undertaking scientific and engineering MSc’s which can be applied in the mining industry.
Camborne School of Mines has an established international reputation for research and teaching, with a commitment to responsible mining and sustainable development.
Residential field courses take place in the UK and Europe, alongside one-day courses based around the outstanding geology of Cornwall and its extractive industry.
Exeter is the only UK institution to offer an undergraduate Mining Engineering degree.
We capitalise on the rich natural resource for field study provided by the landscape local to our Cornwall Campus, ensuring an excellent learning environment with superb facilities including world-class analytical mineralogy labs. We maintain an excellent employment record, currently ranking 2nd in the UK for graduate level employment and postgraduate study rates (HESA 2009/10)
