Intro: PhD Researcher at Functional Materials Research Group, CDT in Metamaterials, University of Exeter (Start from Nov, 2014)

Tanveer's interests at this stage are the fabrication and property estimation of some novel graphene-related materials with small dimensions, further to develop their biomedical applications. His areas of particular interest include, but are not exclusive to, Nano structured Materials, Biomaterials, Bio Nano Materials, Nano alloys and shape memory alloys for biomedical applications and Nanostructured Coating Technology and their surface morphology. His current research involves Fabrication Graphene nanocomposites such as; quantum dots, nanopres and 3D foams for Cancer diagnosis, therapy and Regenerative Medicine. Besides, He is also studying electronic structure changes of low dimensional materials, leading remarkable applications for biological diagnosis, cancer therapy, regenerative medicine, stem cell scaffold technology, DNA sequencing, and drinking water treatment.

He serves as a member of Editorial Board of Journal faculty of Engineering and Technology since 2012, and Member, Scientific Committee of ACIDIC, Italy. He is also Member of American Physical Society (APS), Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Royal Microscopical Society (RMS), Head and Neck Optical Diagnostics and Intervention Society (HNODIS), Mediterranean Institute of Fundamental Physics (MIFP). International Association of Engineers and Chinese Society of Chemical Science and Technology.
