PhD Research Title: Magnetic star-disk interactions during star formation

I am working with the AWESoMeStars group to study the formation of low mass pre-main sequence stars. My research will combine Magneto-Hydrodynamic (MHD) and Radiative Transfer simulations (principally using the Torus code) to investigate the inner disks of accreting stars and their emission properties.

My supervisors are: Prof S. Matt and Prof T. Harries.
