By analysing the parameters required to observe key biomarkers in exoplanet atmospheres through transit spectroscopic measurements, it is possible to get a clearer understanding of what a future mission may need. This presentation follows a simple model attempting to observe biomarkers on planets orbiting a range of stars in order to guide any future mission aiming to observe the chemistry of exoplanet atmospheres.
