Exoplanets orbiting M Dwarf stars are an intriguing target for study. Of particular interest are those planets which could carry liquid water and a habitable atmosphere. The stellar activity of their host stars in the form of stellar flares may prevent these planets from being habitable. My PhD involves using global climate models to look at the effects of stellar flares in 3D atmospheres.
