Harrison 103 14:35-15:25

In my 40 years of working in the water sector, I have seen a lot of change. However, there are still many challenges ahead for the water industry around the world. In this talk I will reflect on these challenges and describe how I see the future for water. I will outline how industry and academia might respond to support the water sector and indicate what opportunities that could deliver for careers and businesses.

A Chartered Civil Engineer, Ruth has over 40 years’ experience in the provision of management and technical consultancy to water, energy and transport organisations world-wide. Previous roles include CEO of Ewan Group, a Director of Mouchel Utilities and a Director of WRc.
