Epilepsy is a disease that is poorly understood. Little is known about the mechanisms of how seizures occur, making it very difficult to manage many patients effectively. In this talk, I will show how computational models can shine light onto the mechanisms of seizures and how these model relate to patient-specific data using statistical inference techniques.
