Does a career in the Met Office interest you?
David Parker leads part of the Climate Monitoring and Attribution group in the Met Office Hadley Centre, developing in-situ climate data since the Industrial Revolution and remotely-sensed data for the satellite era. He will be coming in to talk about his education, career and future plans.
This talk will benefit you, by providing interesting information about someone working within the Met Office and give you an insight into how these types of I.T jobs can be found.
