(funded by the Systems Biology theme and a "Bridging the Gaps" event).

The goal of this event is to give the opportunity to members of staff in Maths, Bio and Medical school to introduce themselves and present a summary of their research interests and systems modelling questions to each other. In particular, we would like to enable the new and longer-term members of staff in EMPS, LES and EMS to meet up and discuss future collaborations stemming from the presentations.

9.00-9.20: Coffee and welcome

10.45-11.00: Coffee/biscuits

11.00-11.30: Very mini-presentations (two mins, two slides each): Ivana Gudelj, James Wakefield, Murray Grant, Nicholas Harmer, Konrad Paszkiewicz, Henry White, Ozgur Akman, Antony Galton, Vadim Biktashev, Krasimira Tsaneva-Atanasova, John Terry

11.30-12.30: Breakout groups: Dynamic modelling, Dealing with data and Networks

12.30-13.30: Buffet lunch
