Much of what we observe in Astronomy, and particularly in star formation, is either emitted or obscured by dust. Yet modelling dust in numerical simulations turns out to be surprisingly complicated. I'll give an overview of our recent attempts to overcome numerous issues, culminating in a simple and straightforward new algorithm for simulating two fluid dust-gas mixtures. I will also present results from some preliminary applications to star and planet formation.
