Miss Louise Kimpton
I am a second year PhD student studying uncertainty quantification. The area I am researching involves numerical models where there are two or more solutions separated by bifurcations or tipping points, such as the Stommel model. I hope to study how to identify the separate solution regions using emulators, and look at building separate models for each solution that are linked for the whole system.
My first supervisor is Peter Challenor and my second supervisor is Daniel Williamson.
