Postgraduate funding opportunities

There are various funding opportunities available to prospective postgraduate taught and research students. Our PhD Studentships are advertised on the Vacancies and studentships page. The Funding website has a searchable database which enables you to identify all funding for which you are eligible or can apply, including opportunities un-related to your academic subject such as music and sports scholarships.

Masters Distinction Scholarships £4,500 Fri 30th Mar 2012 Merit Distinction Scholarships are available for top performing students who accept a place to study any of our postgraduate programmes from the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences (Streatham or Cornwall Campus).
Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme Full fees plus an allowance for living expenses Fri 6th Apr 2012 For students studying the MSc Urban Water Systems and MSc Engineering and Management courses only
English Language Scholarships £1,000 Fri 11th May 2012 International applicants who have been offered a place conditional on English language may apply for a scholarship of £1,000 paid as a reduction in the INTO English Language course fee.
Camborne School of Mines Postgraduate Scholarships £2,000 Fri 15th Jun 2012 Through the generous support of The Camborne School of Mines Trust we are able to offer 5 scholarships each year to students registering full-time on Camborne School of Mines postgraduate taught programmes.
University of Exeter Progression Scholarship £1,000 There is no application for this award. You will be automatically considered. £1,000 scholarships for University of Exeter undergraduates progressing directly to postgraduate study in 2012
Camborne School of Mines Association Bursary £1,000 There is no application for this award. You will be automatically considered. The CSM Association provides a bursary of up to £1000 for a CSM graduate wanting to undertake taught postgraduate study at CSM.
