My main focus of research thus far has been on jet physics. More generally, I am interested in understanding the connection between accretion and ejection in astrophysical sources. This connection appears to be universal and frequently observed in the form of a close relationship between accretion discs and jets. This is true of almost all accreting astrophysical sources. However, my research has been centred around accreting black-hole systems, be it stellar mass black-holes or super-massive black-holes. In addition, I am interested in radiative transfer in Earth's atmosphere. More specifically, being able to model Earth's upper atmosphere.
