I am an observational astronomer studying star formation at infrared and millimetre wavelengths. I coordinate the JCMT Gould Belt survey of local star formation, using SCUBA-2 and HARP to probe deep inside molecular clouds. This submm data is combined with infrared data from the Spitzer and Herschel space observatories to improve our understanding of the physical mechanisms which drive star formation.

Further details of my research projects can be found on the Astrophysics page.
