I am a final year postgraduate researcher at the CDT for metamaterials (also known as XM2) at the University of Exeter. I am originally from Worcester and I completed a Masters in Mathematics at the University of Oxford in 2014.

In September 2014 I joined the University of Exeter, undertaking a PhD on the subject of designing non-scattering media, under the supervision of Dr Simon Horsley and Dr Thomas Philbin. My publications can be found by clicking the link on the right. More details about my research can be found by clicking the 'PhD project' link on the right. If you have any questions about me or my research feel free to contact me on my email shown above. A relatively non-technical outline of my work can be found in this poster, which won the prize for the best poster at the International Day of Light photo and poster competition in Exeter in 2018.
