Throughout history, images and text have been written and stored, but the media decay and changes in language and culture all degrade the original
meanings. Technologies have changed but data loss is still inevitable. We now have modern electronics that are faster and more capacious than
before, but in reality they make the information inaccessible at an even faster rate. I will offer some ideas on the problems. I also sense a
pattern relating writing speed, information stored and data survival. Perhaps this implies an inherent law.
