Event Information
International Women in Engineering Day (INWED, Tuesday 23 June) is a national awareness day established by the Women’s Engineering Society. This year, College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences (CEMPS) will be holding its fourth INWED by celebrating the achievements of its vibrant and growing science and engineering community. INWED20 is aimed at encouraging, supporting and promoting early-career female researchers including postgraduates, PhD students, research assistants, postdocs, research fellows, newly-appointed lecturers and their equivalents in science and engineering. We encourage male researchers to attend and support their female colleagues.
