p-adic measures play an important role in the various Main Conjectures of Iwasawa Theory. In this talk I will discuss the construction of p-adic measures associated
to ordinary Hermitian modular forms. Our approach will involve the so-called Rankin-Selberg method and can be thought as the unitary analogue of the work of Panchishkin in the symplectic case (Siegel modular forms).
