BioDynamics: where biology, medicine and mathematics meet.

23-24th June 2014

REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED

The aim of this two-day international workshop is to bring together mathematicians and biologists who are developing and applying cutting-edge techniques (both mathematical and/or experimental) to understand the emergent dynamics of complex biological networks. We hope that this workshop will provide a unique and exciting forum for multidisciplinary interactions, which in turn will lead to rewarding collaborations between mathematicians and experimental biologists.

The workshop programme includes a number of keynote presentations delivered by world-leading scientists, who will talk about their cutting-edge current research and highlight important future challenges within their field. Confirmed keynote speakers include:

- Professor Andrew Millar, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, UK.
- Professor Viktor Jirsa, Aix-Marseille Universite, Marseille, France.
- Dr Imogen Sparkes, University of Exeter, Exeter, UK.
- Professor Krasimira Tsaneva-Atanasova, University of Exeter, Exeter, UK.

In addition to keynote presentations, the workshop will also feature a number of selected shorter talks and poster presentations.
