Entry requirements
Normally a minimum 2:1 Honours degree in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry, although equivalent qualifications are considered.

English language requirements
- IELTS overall score of 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in any section.
- TOEFL IBT overall score of 92, with no less than 22 in any section.
Applicants with lower scores may be able to take pre-sessional English at INTO University of Exeter prior to commencing their programme. For more detailed information regarding English language requirements, please see the University's Postgraduate Study website.
