Improve constraints on terrestrial ecosystem processes through targeted model evaluation and development. His current research at XCS focuses on the evaluation of CMIP5 ESMs.

Supervisor: Pierre Friedlingstein

He is also interested in the interactions between the land surface and atmospheric chemistry and physic.
