Geology at Exeter has an international reputation for research and teaching. Our students enjoy an excellent learning environment, with access to world-class facilities, analytical mineralogy labs and the rich natural resource for field study provided by our local landscape. This is reflected in the latest National Student Survey, in which we were voted 4th for Geology in the UK. The international demand for our students is evident in our excellent employment record; we currently rank 2nd in the UK for graduate level employment and postgraduate study rates.
