EarlyBird Member Registration Rates

The following rates apply for AISB members that register on or before the earlybird registration deadline of the 5th March 2013.  Members will be asked to provide their membership number at the time of booking.

Late Registration - Registration after the 5th March will incur an additional fee of £60 for members and £20 for student members.

Non-members - Non members will incur an additional fee of £60 (full) and £22 (student).  In most cases, it will be cost effective to join the society before registering for the convention, please see the AISB membership pages for information on membership benefits and costs. 

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner can be booked during the reservation process and will take place on Thursday 4th April on the University campus (exact venue TBC).  This 3-course dinner using locally-sourced quality produce will include wine and coffee and will cost just £38 per person.

Accommodation

We are delighted to confirm that we are able to offer convention delegates the opportunity to book rooms in the University's modern, purpose built residence, Holland Hall.   This accommodation is competitively priced at £43.95 per room, per night for an ensuite room including breakfast.  Holland Hall provides convenient access (approx. 7 minutes walk) to the centre of campus where the convention will take place and enjoys views over the Exe valley.

Further Afield

There are a number of other chain hotels on the outskirts of Exeter including a Travelodge and Holiday Inn Express near the M5, these will require public transport or a car to get to the convention venue.  In addition, there are many hotels in the seaside resorts of Exmouth, Teignmouth, Paignton and Torbay which can be reached by train from Exeter St. Davids Station (a 10-15 minute walk to the convention).
