Alan Edmondson - College Marketing Manager
I am responsible for marketing and communications for the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences.
I joined the University in July 2013 from Siniat where I was responsible for UK innovation, new product development (NPD) and global websites. Prior to this I was a European Marketing Director for Coleman/Campingaz based in Lyon and Frankfurt.
Chloe Cunningham - External Affairs Administrator
Chloe assists in organising the College's outward facing events such as Open Days, Offer Holder Visit Days, the Pre-University Physics Course and events involving external organisations e.g. The Future Engineers and F1 in Schools. She is responsible for postgraduate taught courses and admissions referrals. Chloe also responds to undergraduate and postgraduate enquiries and organises department tours for prospective students.
Jem Squires - Receptionist
Jem is Front of House for the College which entails being the first point of contact for students, staff and College visitors. He works very closely with the External Affairs team, Hospitality Services, the Conference & Booking Offices, the International Office, Campus Services, the Outreach Office and the Student’s Guild. He also liaises with Engineers Without Borders, Ex-Eng, Computer Science Society and MathSoc within CEMPS as well as other university societies promoting various activities and events.
James McNaughton - International Recruitment Manager
James' role is to drive forward international recruitment in the College. The primary focus of his role is to create opportunities to recruit across the STEM subjects through joined up international recruitment initiatives. James works closely with the International Office and a range of strategic partners to ensure the University meets its core objectives around growth and diversification of international students.
Emma Royle - Student recruitment manager
Emma is responsible for Student Recruitment for Home and International Students in line with the College's growth strategy and Widening Participation in relation to our Access Agreement. Emma oversees organisation of Open Days, Offer-Holder and Interview days as well as bespoke events throughout the year. She is also the point of contact for external schools and colleges who wish to work in partnership with the College.
